RN - Registered Nurse- MICU Stepdown Unit- Multiple shifts

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate. This 18-bed stepdown unit provides close monitoring for patients with cardiac, respiratory, and complex medical conditions.
