RN - Registered Nurse- MICU Stepdown Unit- Multiple shifts

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols for patients on the MICU Stepdown Unit. Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care for those with cardiac, respiratory, and complex medical conditions. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, monitoring and recording patient conditions as appropriate. Full-time nights, days, or weekend shifts available at UAB St. Vincent's East.
