RN Registered Nurse MedSurg Neurology PRN

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients on a 30-bed acute care Neurology floor specializing in stroke, spinal injuries, and head trauma. Coordinate patient care activities among assigned staff including physicians, therapy, and specialty teams while maintaining organizational standards of practice. Provide comprehensive orientation and goal-setting support to new staff through a qualified preceptor program. Full-time days 7am-7pm with sign-on bonus and specialty differential available.
