RN - Registered Nurse - MedSurg - Multiple Shifts

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care and carry out physician and nursing orders. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate. Full-time nights and days or weekends only shifts are available at UAB St. Vincent's Birmingham.
