Facilitate, implement, and evaluate the Patient Plan of Care while collaborating with the healthcare team to promote positive outcomes. Assess patient safety risks, follow medication safety policies, and complete required Safety Tracking Tools. Conduct ongoing review and initiation of provider orders, prioritizing responsibilities based on urgency and patient needs. Accurately document all assessments, interventions, responses, and communications. Supervise assigned staff, delegate tasks appropriately, and report performance issues to ensure safe care. Provide verbal and written education to patients and families, documenting all interactions. Participate in unit-based councils, performance-improvement initiatives, and complete required annual competencies. This part-time night shift role offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $36.20 to $59.73.
