Job Summary
RN Registered Nurse in Med Surg Neuro at AdventHealth Tampa on the Night shift. Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors; develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications per physician orders and hospital protocols, educate patients and families about conditions and self-care, collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care, maintain accurate documentation, evaluate and adjust care plans for outcomes, and ensure infection control and safety standards. Requires ADN (Bachelor's degree preferred), RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS; offers a $10K sign-on bonus and relocation eligibility; salary range $31.53-$52.24/hour (annualized).
