RN - Registered Nurse - Med Surg - Multiple Shifts

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, monitoring and recording patient conditions as appropriate. Maintain BLS certification and Alabama RN licensure. Work full-time days, nights, and weekend-only nights in three 12-hour shifts per week, with self-scheduling available every fourth weekend.
