RN - Registered Nurse - Med Surg - Multiple Shifts

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Implement and monitor patient care plans, recording and communicating patient conditions as appropriate. Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, and assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Work full-time nights, weekends, or every weekend nights at UAB St. Vincent's Birmingham. Requires current Alabama RN licensure and BLS certification.
