RN - Registered Nurse - Med Surg - Multiple Shifts

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Implement and monitor patient care plans while recording and communicating patient conditions. Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. This 24-bed acute care unit treats patients with general medical conditions, including respiratory illnesses, sepsis, diabetes, hypertension, and those recovering from embolisms. Full-time nurses work 7-to-7 shifts; part-time roles are available.
