RN - Registered Nurse - Med Surg - Multiple Shifts

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate. This role supports patients with general medical conditions, including respiratory illnesses, sepsis, diabetes, and hypertension, as well as those recovering from embolisms. BLS certification and Alabama RN licensure are required.
