RN - Registered Nurse - Med Surg - Days

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders as appropriate. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition updates to relevant parties. Maintain current BLS certification and Alabama RN licensure. Work part-time days at UAB St. Vincent's Birmingham, a trusted provider serving Alabama for over 125 years with a legacy of compassion and teamwork.
