Job Summary
Conduct daily surgical support in the operating room as a registered nurse, managing patient care and safety in a high-volume environment. Perform duties requiring prolonged standing, walking, and physical exertion including lifting up to 50 pounds. Maintain current RN licensure and Basic Life Support certification while collaborating with physicians and highly motivated team members. Work full-time 36-hour weeks consisting of three 12-hour shifts. Required Qualifications
- Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
- Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements
- Basic Life Support certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
- Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift
- Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of critical-care or OR experience
