Registered Nurse (RN) provides individualized patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Responsible for coordination of care, patient assessment, patient education, triage, and various nursing interventions; collaborates with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care; works within state Nurse Practice Act and organizational standards; maintains licensure and competencies. Requires nursing degree with licensure eligibility and ongoing adherence to professional standards; Bachelor’s in nursing preferred.
