RN Registered Nurse/LPN Home Health 12hr shifts Days and Nights

RN/LPN Home Health role in Tarpon Springs providing total patient care for a 24/7 SN care patient. 12-hour shifts available with days and nights. Responsibilities include participating in planning and coordination of total patient care with the DON and physician’s plan of care, following physicians' orders, accurately reporting patient condition and changes, and adhering to Florida Nurse Practice Act. Requires current Florida RN or LPN license, recent hands-on care including trach care and G-Tube, and meeting AHCA requirements for home health employment.
