Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents in long-term care settings. Collaborates with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel. Travel within a 150-mile radius of permanent address; mileage reimbursement provided. Other pay differentials include a $5/hour premium on all hours worked plus $1.25/hour weekend/evening/night shift differentials. Requires RN license and nursing degree qualifications; BSN preferred; CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA accreditation preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or multi-state licensure if in an NLC state
