Job Summary
Provide professional nursing services including resident assessments, vital signs, and medication administration. Assist with restorative care, daily living instruction, and conduct regular rounds to communicate observations. Document findings, report care plan changes, and supervise nursing personnel with job-specific guidance. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff. Work evening or night shifts with every other weekend rotation. Starting pay is $34/hour plus shift differentials.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Indiana RN License
- RN from accredited or state approved school of nursing
