Job Summary
Deliver quality nursing care to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities by evaluating needs through ongoing assessment and revising care plans based on condition changes. Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs daily while implementing departmental policies and functioning productively within an interdisciplinary team. Maintain an active RN license in good standing and demonstrate excellent customer service to support patients with orthopedic, neurological, and post-acute needs. Required Qualifications
- Nursing diploma (associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing)
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
