RN Registered Nurse

Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changes in the patient's condition. Provide clinical supervision to C NAs and LPNs on a daily basis. Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact, implementing and interpreting department programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures. Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude while concentrating on reasoning skills and good judgment. Function productively on an interdisciplinary team to help patients attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Maintain an active Registered Nurse license in good standing and obtain current CPR certification.
