Job Summary
Deliver quality nursing care to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities by evaluating needs through ongoing assessment and revising care plans based on condition changes. Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs daily while implementing department programs, goals, and procedures. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including therapy and medical staff to support patients with orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and post-acute needs. Maintain an active RN license in good standing and exhibit excellent customer service and judgment. Full-time or PRN day shifts with a $3 shift differential for NOC/weekends; new grads welcome.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing diploma (associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing)
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
- Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation
- CPR certification must remain current during employment
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
