Job Summary
RN Registered Nurse delivering quality nursing care within Life Care Centers of America, evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessment and revising care plans as patient condition changes; provides clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs, collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to maintain highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with Life Care standards and applicable laws and regulations. Requires nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing) and an active RN license; CPR certification required and maintained; 1 year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
- Current registered nurse license in applicable state
- CPR certification (upon hire or during orientation, must remain current)
- 1 year skilled nursing experience preferred
- Ability to implement department goals and procedures
- Strong customer service and positive attitude toward patients
- Team-based collaboration with CNAs and LPNs
- Effective communication and judgment in an interdisciplinary team
