Job Summary
RN Registered Nurse providing direct patient care with ongoing assessment to revise care plans; responsible for supervising CNAs and LPNs, delivering quality nursing care in accordance with Life Care standards and applicable laws, collaborating within an interdisciplinary team to support patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, and upholding high standards of service and patient safety. Night shift; $2,500 sign-on bonus for new hire start; full-time role in Littleton, MA with emphasis on clinical supervision, compassionate care, and adherence to policies.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
