Deliver quality nursing care to patients through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changing conditions. Provide clinical supervision to C N As and LPNs daily while implementing department programs, goals, and procedures. Maintain an active RN license in good standing and exhibit excellent customer service and positive attitude toward patients. Function productively on an interdisciplinary team to help patients attain or maintain physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
