Job Summary
RN Registered Nurse at Life Care Centers of America-affiliated Parkview facility in Evansville, IN. Offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time RNs. Responsible for delivering quality nursing care, evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessment, revising care plans as patient condition changes, and providing clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high standards of patient well-being and adherence to Life Care standards and applicable regulations. New grads welcome and opportunities for growth within a private, established healthcare organization with over 200 locations.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
- Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation (current during employment)
- Implement and interpret department programs, goals, objectives, policies, procedures
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
- Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment
- Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team
