Job Summary
Registered Nurse needed to deliver quality nursing care to residents with ongoing assessment and care plan revisions. Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs, work within an interdisciplinary team, ensure compliance with Life Care standards and applicable regulations, and maintain high levels of patient well-being. Role includes full-time evening shift (2p-10p) with additional shift differentials; $5,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities for PRN and part-time schedules. Responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, planning and revising care plans, delivering bedside care, and communicating effectively with patients, families, and the care team. Must hold an active RN license and nursing degree (associate or bachelor) and CPR certification. Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
