Job Summary
RN - Provide nursing care to patients, evaluate needs through ongoing assessment, revise care plans as patient condition changes, and furnish clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs. Work within an interdisciplinary team to deliver quality patient care in accordance with Life Care standards and applicable regulations; ensure excellent customer service, effective communication, and constructive contributions to the care plan and patient well-being.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
- Current RN license in applicable state
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation
- One year skilled nursing experience preferred
