Job Summary
Registered Nurse needed to join Life Care Centers of America-affiliated team delivering quality nursing care to patients. Responsibilities include evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessment, revising care plans based on changes in condition, and providing clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs. Requires nursing diploma (associate or bachelor’s), active RN license in the applicable state, CPR certification, and readiness for 6pm-6am shifts with fill-time commitment (PRN as needed). The role emphasizes collaboration within an interdisciplinary team, ensuring high standards of patient well-being and adherence to Life Care standards.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
- Currently licensed/registered RN in applicable State; active RN license in good standing
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation
- One year skilled nursing experience preferred
