Deliver quality nursing care to patients through ongoing assessment, revise care plans based on condition changes, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs. Implement and interpret department programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures while exhibiting excellent customer service and using reasoning skills for good judgment. Function productively on an interdisciplinary team to help patients attain or maintain physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Maintain an active RN license in good standing with one year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
