Job Summary
Deliver quality nursing care to patients through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changes in their condition. Provide clinical supervision to CNA and LPN staff daily. Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures while functioning productively on an interdisciplinary team. Maintain an active RN license in good standing and demonstrate excellent customer service and judgment. Day shift (12-hour shift) with a $7500 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing diploma (associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing)
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
- Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
