Deliver quality nursing care to patients through ongoing assessment and revised care plans based on changing conditions. Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis. Implement and interpret department programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures while exhibiting excellent customer service and using sound judgment. Function productively on an interdisciplinary team to help patients attain or maintain physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Maintain an active RN license in good standing and obtain current CPR certification.
