Deliver quality nursing care to patients through ongoing assessment, revising care plans based on changing conditions, and providing clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs. Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures while exhibiting excellent customer service and using sound judgment. Function productively on an interdisciplinary team to help patients attain or maintain physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with Life Care standards. Maintain an active RN license in good standing and obtain current CPR certification.
