RN Registered Nurse

Deliver quality nursing care to patients through ongoing assessment, revising care plans based on condition changes, and providing clinical supervision to C N As and LPNs. Implement and interpret department programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures while exhibiting excellent customer service and using sound judgment. Function productively on an interdisciplinary team to help patients attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Requires an active RN license, nursing diploma or degree, and one year of skilled nursing experience preferred. Full-time days and nights shift with a night differential and a $7,500 sign-on bonus available.
