Deliver quality nursing care to patients through ongoing assessment, revise care plans based on condition changes, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs daily. Implement and interpret department programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures while exhibiting excellent customer service and positive attitudes. Function productively on an interdisciplinary team using reasoning skills and good judgment to help patients attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Maintain an active RN license in good standing and obtain current CPR certification.
