Job Summary
Deliver quality nursing care to patients through ongoing assessment and revised care plans based on condition changes. Provide clinical supervision to C NAs and LPNs daily while evaluating patient needs and implementing departmental policies. Function productively on an interdisciplinary team to help patients attain or maintain physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Maintain an active RN license in good standing with one year of skilled nursing experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Nursing diploma (associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing)
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
- Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment
