Job Summary
Deliver quality nursing care to patients in Life Care Centers of America Skilled Nursing Facilities by evaluating needs through ongoing assessment and revising care plans based on condition changes. Provide clinical supervision to C NAs and LPNs daily while implementing department programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures. Function productively on an interdisciplinary team with nursing, therapy, and medical staff to support patients with orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and post-acute needs. Maintain an active RN license in good standing and obtain current CPR certification upon hire. Night shift schedules available with a sign-on bonus of $10,000.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing diploma (associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing)
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
- Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation
- CPR certification must remain current during employment
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
