Assess patient needs through ongoing evaluation and revise care plans based on changes in condition. Deliver quality nursing care via interpersonal contact to help patients attain or maintain physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis. Implement and interpret department programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures while functioning productively on an interdisciplinary team. Maintain an active RN license in good standing and hold current CPR certification.
