Job Summary
Deliver quality nursing care to patients through ongoing assessment and clinical supervision of C NAs and LPNs. Revise care plans based on changes in patient conditions and implement departmental policies and procedures. Function productively on an interdisciplinary team while exhibiting excellent customer service and sound judgment. Maintain an active RN license in good standing with one year of skilled nursing experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Nursing diploma (associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing)
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
- Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
