Deliver quality nursing care to patients through ongoing assessment, revise care plans based on condition changes, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs daily. Implement and interpret department programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures while exhibiting excellent customer service and using sound reasoning skills. Function productively on an interdisciplinary team to help patients attain or maintain physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with Life Care standards. Maintain an active RN license in good standing and obtain current CPR certification upon hire.
