Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact while evaluating needs via ongoing assessment and revising care plans based on condition changes. Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis. Implement and interpret department programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures. Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude while communicating productively on an interdisciplinary team. Maintain an active RN license in good standing with one year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
