RN Registered Nurse

RN Registered Nurse providing direct nursing care to senior residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. Responsible for comprehensive patient assessments, monitoring vital signs, wound management, IV therapy, catheter care, pain management, and administration of medications. Develop and implement individualized care plans, document thoroughly in electronic medical records, and collaborate with physicians, CNAs, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support discharge planning. Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and care routines, promote fall prevention and infection control, mentor CNAs and team members, and uphold compassionate, patient-first service within a dynamic long-term care and rehabilitation environment.
