Job Summary
RN delivers quality nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team, evaluates patient needs through ongoing assessment, revises care plans based on condition changes, and provides clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs; supports Life Care standards and complies with applicable laws and regulations. Requires nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s) and active RN license; CPR certification required; 1 year of skilled nursing experience preferred; duties include implementing department programs, exhibiting excellent customer service, using judgment and reasoning, and functioning effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
- Active RN license in applicable state
- CPR certification (upon hire or during orientation)
- 1 year skilled nursing experience preferred
