Job Summary
RN delivers quality nursing care to patients, assesses patient needs through ongoing evaluation and revises care plans based on changes in condition; provides clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs; collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to maintain highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with Life Care standards; must hold an active RN license and CPR certification, with nursing experience preferred.
