Job Summary
RN Registered Nurse position at Life Care Centers of America-affiliated facility. Delivers quality nursing care, evaluates patient needs, revises care plans, and provides clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs within an interdisciplinary team to support patients’ physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Requires RN licensure in state, nursing degree (ASN/BSN), and CPR certification; one year of skilled nursing experience is preferred. Located in Alamosa, CO with on-site, in-person responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State with active RN license
- CPR certification (upon hire or during orientation)
