RN: Registered Nurse

Perform nursing care according to established standards, individualizing treatment based on care plans and physician orders. Conduct resident assessments upon admission, perform clinical rounds to ensure safety and compliance, and administer medications and treatments as required. Function as shift Charge Nurse when assigned to oversee care delivery and coordinate tasks among RNs, LPNs, and GNAs. Maintain accurate clinical records, transcribe physician orders, and complete documentation for admissions, transfers, and discharges. Receive and provide shift reports during walking rounds. Requires active Maryland RN licensure, BLS certification, and at least one year of long-term care experience. PRN schedule with hourly pay plus differentials.
