Job Summary
Supervise the nursing team by providing direction and assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations. Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care. Instruct the team regarding the skilled care process and function as a resource person for clinical issues. Ensure the completion of requested reports, including infection control, pharmacy compliance, and quality management. Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors to foster a positive healing environment. This full-time or part-time position supports our award-winning Skilled Nursing team delivering specialized care across orthopedics, cardiac, and oncology units.
Required Qualifications
- A current license to practice as an Registered Nurse - RN or Michigan
- current CPR/BLS certification
- An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher
