Job Summary
Travel ICU RN for a 13-week contract in Omaha, Nebraska. Provide comprehensive critical care in the ICU, administer complex medications and advanced treatments, operate life-support equipment, perform advanced hemodynamic monitoring (arterial lines, CVP, PA catheters), document care promptly, educate patients and families, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain infection control, participate in quality improvement, and support high-acuity patient needs in a travel assignment.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent ICU nurse experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Physical ability to perform job duties as described (ability to lift 50-100lbs, move equipment)
- Experience with critical care procedures and technologies
- Commitment to patient safety and professional ethics
