Job Summary
ICU Travel Registered Nurse responsible for providing comprehensive critical care in a 13-week travel assignment in LaGrange, GA. Key duties include administering complex medications and treatments, operating advanced life-support equipment, hemodynamic monitoring (arterial lines, CVP, PAC), thorough patient assessments, documentation, family education, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, infection control, quality improvement participation, and maintaining high standards of patient safety in high-acuity ICU settings. Requires strong critical care skills, excellent clinical judgment, and ability to communicate effectively under pressure; valid RN license and CCRN certification; minimum of one year ICU experience; ability to work night shifts and travel as part of a travel contract.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification
- One year of recent ICU RN experience
