Job Summary
Travel ICU RN for a 13-week assignment in Bakersfield, CA. Responsibilities include administering complex medications and treatments, operating and managing advanced life support equipment, monitoring and interpreting hemodynamic parameters (arterial lines, CVP, PA catheters), documenting assessments and interventions in the medical record, providing education to patients and families, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining infection control, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and adhering to safety and regulatory standards. Requires an active RN license, CCRN certification, and at least one year of recent ICU experience. Travel, full benefits, and licensure/CEU reimbursement offered.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification
- One year of recent ICU RN experience
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
