Job Summary
Travel ICU RN for a 13-week contract in Prescott Valley, AZ. Provides comprehensive critical care in the ICU, including administering complex medications, operating advanced life-support equipment, and performing advanced hemodynamic monitoring (arterial lines, CVP, pulmonary artery catheters). Responsible for timely documentation, patient and family education, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and high-acuity care. Maintains infection control, participates in quality improvement, and adheres to regulatory standards. Requires one year of ICU experience, valid RN license, and CCRN certification.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification
- 1 year ICU experience
- ICU nursing competencies
- Excellent communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Ability to operate life-support equipment
- Compliance with infection control and regulatory standards
