Job Summary
Travel ICU RN for a 13-week assignment in Yakima, WA. Responsibilities include administering complex medications and treatments in the ICU, operating and managing advanced life-support equipment, monitoring hemodynamics (arterial lines, central venous pressure, and pulmonary artery catheters), documenting assessments and interventions in the medical record, and educating patients and families about the ICU environment and recovery. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care, maintain infection control, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and adhere to safety and regulatory standards. English communication required; physical demands include lifting and moving equipment. Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification
- One year of recent ICU RN experience
