Job Summary
Travel ICU RN for a 13-week contract in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Provides comprehensive critical care in the ICU, administers complex medications and treatments, operates advanced life-support equipment, and performs advanced hemodynamic monitoring (arterial lines, central venous pressure, and pulmonary artery catheters). Documents assessments and interventions, educates patients and families about the ICU environment and recovery expectations, collaborates with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, maintains infection control, and participates in quality improvement initiatives. Requires English communication, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards; licensure and CCRN certification preferred. Required Qualifications
- One year of recent ICU RN experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations (Indiana)
- Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification
